Description:
Explain what compensation and benefits are available.
Help each employee and/or survivor file a claim for benefits.
Explain how to file additional claims for wage loss and impairment.
Help claimants complete the necessary forms and occupational history questionnaire.
Provide ongoing claim status and continuous support throughout the claims process.
Submit documents to DEEOIC.
Conduct community outreach and support DOL outreach events across the country.
Explain medical benefits available under EEOICPA.
Help complete medical and travel reimbursement forms for out-of-pocket expenses.
Help resolve medical billing issues associated with approved conditions.
Guide medical providers on program enrollment.
Assist with prior authorization for medical procedures, home health care, durable medical equipment, and non-local travel associated with a covered condition.
