Interested providers must make application with the Ohio Department of Job and Family Services (ODJFS) through Ohio's Medicaid Information Technology System (MITS).

 

 

The Quality Assurance Department is available 8:00 a.m. through 4:30 p.m., Monday through Friday at 1-800-582-7277.

All Medicaid providers must register to access and update their demographic information. Instructions for provider registration can be found at http://www.jfs.ohio.gov/ohp/provider.stm. For assistance with MITS, contact the ODJFS Provider Call center at 1-800-686-1516.
