AAA7's Advisory Council Installs New Officers

Recently at the Area Agency on Aging District 7’s Advisory Council held an installation of new officers for the Advisory Council.   Executive Director, Pamela K. Matura, swore-in Chester Neff of Scioto County as the council’s president and Harold Bennett of Ross County as Vice President. 

The Area Agency on Aging District 7’s Advisory Council is made up of representatives from each of the ten-counties in District 7 which include: Adams, Brown, Gallia, Highland, Jackson, Lawrence, Pike, Ross, Scioto, and Vinton.  The council makes recommendations to the Area Agency on Aging concerning issues for the older adult. They have various committees that assist with the area plan, special events, advocacy and the bidding cycle.
