Lena Perdue Celebrates Her 103rd Birthday

Lena Perdue just celebrated her 103rd birthday. The Area Agency on Aging District 7, Inc. and the Gallia County Resource Center took part in this wonderful day and presented Ms. Perdue a special certificate inducting her into the “Area Agency on Aging District 7’s 100 years and more Birthday Club,” flowers, and 103 chocolates for this special day. Ms. Perdue said, “I can’t wait to start eating my 103 Chocolate Hershey Kisses.” Lori Brooks, Public Relations Assistant (Area Agency on Aging District 7, Inc. (AAA7); Sharon Bowman, Director of Public Relations (AAA7); and Shirley Doss, Director of the Gallia County Resource Center, sang happy birthday to Ms. Perdue.
