Alice Ward Completes Her Term as The AAA7’S
Board of Trustees President

The Area Agency on Aging (AAA7) Executive Director Pamela K. Matura announces that Ms. Alice Ward (Pike County), completed her term as president of the AAA7 Board of Trustees. The AAA7 Board of Trustees is the 15-member governing body for the agency which serves ten counties. The counties are Adams, Brown, Gallia, Highland, Jackson, Lawrence, Pike, Ross, Scioto and Vinton.

Ms. Ward has served on the Board of Trustees for six years and remains on the Board of Trustees as past president. Executive Director Matura said, “With her experience of working with people and perception of the needs of frail or at-risk individuals, Ms. Ward has been important to the success of our agency. During her tenure as president, our agency’s in-home care and community-based services programs increased tremendously. We now case manage over 3,500 southern Ohio citizens. “
