•Age 60 or Older
•For Housing Trust Fund-- income of entire
household must be at or below 35% of county
median income
•For Senior Community Services Home
Repair--income of entire household must be
175% of Federal Poverty Level (HEAP
guidelines)
•Living in the Home where Modification/Repair
will be completed
•Recorded Homeowner,
Life Estate, or Life Lease
•Must Complete Application, Sign Appropriate
Release Forms, and Provide Proof of Income and
Ownership
•Some Restrictions apply to Mobile Homes
